Method of Application Surface Preparation
Prior to application, ensure a clean and prepared surface by cleaning and washing with alum to remove all traces of paint, dust, dirt, oil, grease, and any loose or unsound materials. Repair any damaged or hollow areas of the wall using polymer-modified mortar. If re-putty is required, it's recommended to mix it with SCT Oxicrete URL for added water resistance and strength.
Priming Self Priming Convienence
To initiate, prime the surface using SCT RAIN PROOF diluted at 10% with water, utilizing a brush, roller, or spray. Thoroughly stir the mixture before applying
Application
Next, apply SCT RAIN PROOF without dilution in normal conditions for immediate use with a brush or roller. However, during hot weather, a slight 5% dilution is recommended to enhance workability. It's essential to note that excessive dilution, particularly during hot weather, is not advised as it could impact the coating's durability and lifespan. Maintain a one-hour interval between two coats, and allow the coating to air cure for 48 hours. COVERAGE: On an ideal smooth surface, expect approximately 30-35 Sq. Ft per kg. Actual coverage may vary based on surface absorption and porosity.

Prioritize safety with gloves and goggles to shield your skin and eyes. Promptly wash eyes if the product makescontact and seek medical advise.
Limitations
Apply caution during rain and avoid using on fresh concrete or plaster unil 15 days of curing. Ensure application on properly prepared surfaces. Adhere to recommended maximum layer thickness. Enhance waterproofing with a minimum of 2 coats; opt for 3 coats in areas of intense water penetration. Safeguard newly applied material from rain and adverse weather conditions.
